Shipping and Returns

If you need to return any item(s), the following is our return policy: We have a 60 day money-back guarantee. LIFE BALANCE PRODUCTS, LLC, will extend a refund of the purchase price of any products returned in all original packaging within 60 days of the date of purchase, (excluding shipping charges).

Please call us at 1 213 550 5644 to set up your return and get your RMA.

For approved returns we will issue a credit within 24 - 48 hours via the same method of payment used for the order or you may choose to exchange the item for other merchandise. You will be responsible for any shipping charges for the new items.

Returns could take up to 21 days to process. If a package is sent back to NUTRAPET as "Return to Sender" and LIFE BALANCE PRODUCTS (NUTRAPET) incurs a fee from the carrier that fee will be deducted from the refund amount before issuing. Any refunds within 60 days of original purchase must only be made to the original payment method. Should the original payment method be unable to accept the refunded amounts a paper check will be issued and can take up to 30 days to process and be received. 

In cases where we have shipped you an incorrect product, we may issue a call tag to have the item picked up. We will re-ship your order at our expense.

Upon acceptance of your shopping cart and the charges therein, your order is packaged and shipped as quickly as possible and therefore may not be canceled. If an order is refused upon delivery the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and a restocking fee of 12.5%.

We are unable to accept returns for custom orders, special orders, sale items, or drop-shipped items. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of frozen food or bones.

Partially used bags or containers are eligible for a refund. However, please note that empty bags or containers are ineligible.

NUTRAPet is only responsible for shipping the package. The cost associated with invalid addresses, name changes, etc. will be billed back to the customer.

Please note, if you place your order directly through Amazon those orders are subject to Amazon's 30-day return policy. All of those return requests must be made directly through Amazon.
